is a citywide movement for free condom access and use to prevent the spread of HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. In June 2011, RubberRevolutionDC.com received the prestigious Bronze Anvil Award of Commendation by the Public Relations Society of America, the first award for the city and for Octane.



is a youth celebration campaign that encourages them to embrace their individuality and make positive, independent choices. There is no better way to access youth than through their native medium—social media.


Ask For The Test

is a citywide campaign backed by simple and compelling messages that encourage all DC residents to ask their doctor for an HIV test as part of regular health care.

is a sexual health education and awareness campaign for DC’s senior residents. This campaign is the first of its kind in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.


Live Well DC!

is a social marketing effort that promotes behavior change in 10 healthy living prevention areas including nutrition, physical activity, preparedness, safety and smoking cessation.


Make A Difference

By touching the heart and sense of duty of Prince Georges County residents, this recruitment campaign encouraged residents to ensure a safer home and community by working for the Prince George’s County Police Department.
